A Customer Service apprenticeship will be beneficial if you want to have your skills recognised by a national qualification as well as improving your knowledge of the Customer Service sector.
Throughout your apprenticeship you will have regular visits at your workplace with one of our fully qualified assessors. Your assessor will be available to help and support you through your apprenticeship qualification.
You may also be invited to a group session meeting with your assessor along with other students studying the same qualification as yourself.
Below is a breakdown of what needs completing to achieve this qualification:
• Learners must achieve all 8 credits from the two mandatory units. A further 20 credits must be achieved by completing a minimum of one unit from each of the four option groups; at least 11 of these 20 credits must be at Level 2.
• A minimum of 28 credits are required overall for completion of this qualification.
